We operate an online court booking system

To book a court (either as a member or non member) you must be registered with the LTA, it’s free and easy to sign up (a guide is shown below).

Non-members can ‘pay and play’ on the hard courts, the price is £5 per 30 minute slot.

To book a court you must be registered with the LTA. It’s free and easy to sign up.

From the MWLTC website, click on “Book a court”.

If you’ve already registered with the LTA, scroll down this page to the already Registered with LTA section for more information

If you’ve not registered with the LTA follow these instructions to sign up.

Click on the link “Haven’t created an account”

Click on the “LTA” button

And then click on “Sign up for free”

Fill in the form using a memorable user name and password
and scroll down to “Join Now “ and click on the button.

You will receive a verification e-mail sent to the e-mail account entered in the form. Once you’ve verified your e-mail address, The LTA website will have forgotten what you were trying to do. The best thing to do is to go back to the MWLTC website and click on book a court again. Log in to the LTA web site using your new credentials (your browser should offer you the option of saving your user ID and password for the next time which re commend doing), accept the privacy policy and you’ll be taken to the page to book a court.

If you do not have membership to MWLTC you will be required to complete your payment details as part of the court booking process. Members are not required to pay for court bookings.

Once logged in, you’ll be presented with this booking sheet. Find the date and time which you wish to book, and click the white square for that time.

You’ll then be presented with this screen. Please click the drop down arrow and select how long you would like to book the court for!

• That’s it, you’re all booked on! A confirmation email will be sent from Clubspark which contains the padlock code for court entry.

Already registered with the LTA? Follow these steps:

From the MWLTC website, click on “Book a court”.

Click on the “Login” button shown below. Note that if you may be still signed in from the last time you used the site. If this is the case you’ll be taken straight to the booking form.

Enter your credentials as shown below. It may be the case that your browser has remembered your credentials and will complete the form for you. Click on “Log in”.

You can then select a date, a court and a time.

Note that non-members cannot book a grass court and are required to provide payment at the time of booking.

Forgotten user ID or password?

To get a reminder of your user ID or reset your password you’ll need access to your e-mail account. Click on the relevant link shown below and follow the instructions in the e-mail.
